In a way, this pisses me off that Posada is hitting here. Unless Posada was unavailable, which clearly isn't the case, this move should have been made in the seventh inning.

Tuff game for the Yanks to lose because Sabby was once again ahh dominant,

hitting all the corners, keeping the ball low and the hitters off balance.

IP H R ER BB K ERA*

C Sabathia

(L, 7-5) 5.2 10 6 6 3 8 3.85

In all honesty he kept them in the game long enuff for their bats to come around and when he left it was 6-4 I think.

The Yanks ko'd their starter in 4 but they couldnt do a thing against that vaunted Seattle bullpen.

Lets hope those Mariner arms are tired, they probably will get some rest with the sox killer going today.

another run stolen by umpires
How come there was no whining about the out call on the phantom tag by Hughes in the 8th inning for the 3rd out. He missed him by a foot.

Ahead 0-2 and he walks Overbay. The problem with Wang, more than anything, is his lack of control. Seems like a theme with Yankee pitchers.

This rotation is a huge issue.

EDIT: Joba has horrendous control, whether he is walking people or leaving the ball up in the zone. He almost never hits his spot. Joba, more than any other pitcher, is really hurting this team.

This is really getting to be ridiculous. The home run that Hill hit never should have gotten out, and Matsui's was even worse. This one from Matsui, and one that A-Rod hit on the Saturday game against the Mets, are two that really stick out.

Reactionary post.

Absolutely not. I've been saying the same things before, and I specifically remember saying it in his last start. Common, you've watched his games. Say what you want about Joba, but he rarely hits his spots.
