Marlins just scored 10 on the eighth against Arizona.

 

Came trailing 7-4 after defining "exercise of futility" in the 7th with a bases loaded, 0 run effort in the 7th.

 

Loaded them again in the 8th, and didn't lose the chance again.

Has anyone else been watching the 8th inning of the D-backs and Marlins game? Holy crap.

 

So I turn on this game and here's what has transpired so far:

 

1. Blaine Boyer throws it away trying to pick off Bonifacio at 1st

2. Uggla singles in Bonafacio

3. Grounder to 3rd, Reynolds throwing error pulls Lopez off the bag at 2nd

4. Cody Ross RBI single

5. Jeremy Hermida RBI single

6. John Baker RBI double

7. Passed ball, runner scores

8. Fielders choice, RBI

 

...And this inning just wrapped up with Florida dropping 10 runs. The D-backs had a 7-0 lead going into the 6th inning. It is now 14-7 Marlins. I kid you not. I think the D-backs quite possibly could have the Natinals beat in ineptitude. If they don't, man, they're making a strong push.

thats my picks as well, the nats performed right where i figured and the D-Backs havent been nearly the bust those two teams have been, at least in regards to expectations

Maybe it's just me, but I never really thought Cleveland was going to be that good to begin with. (I think I had them 4th in the Central) I'd go Mets and D-backs, with the Guardians getting an honorable mention for extreme suckitude.

Dodgers and Brewers is a nice game. LA up 5-4 in the 6th but Milwaukee has the bases loaded with no out.

 

Twins and White Sox tied up 4-4 in the 6th.
