That was crazy. I read where the ref was a former Kentucky LB from back in the 60s. I guess his instincts just took over.

It really does. I don't know -- I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it really looks like was going after him, and then leans into him at the end... I don't know.

 

Didn't impact the game, really, but it doesn't look right.

How utterly ridiculous is it that there were CARTS five feet behind the end zone?!? How can that happen? Marshall should have to pay for the kid's medical bills. I feel bad for him after that.

Florida is kicking ass and taking names, up 35-3 on Georgia in the 3rd quarter. Florida and Alabama will probably meet in the SEC Championship game now.

Watching them play today, it's hard to fathom how they lost to Ole Miss. UF / 'Bama ought to be a hoot. If the winner of that game (should it happen) only has one loss, then that team "should" be in the BCS title game. The SEC is brutal. Unfortunately, Penn State is a good bet to finish the season without a blemish at this point, and I don't see a team going clean in a BCS conference being on the outside to a one loss team.

Well you have Alabama, Penn State and the winner of Texas-TTU as the two undefeated teams with a shot at the title game after tonight. The other undefeated's don't really have a legit shot at the title game if there are other undefeated's. If 3 of those teams (Bama, PSU, Texas/TTU) finish undefeated, who gets in? My guess is that it would be Bama and Texas if Texas wins tonight or Bama and PSU if TTU wins tonight.

Oh, I think it's definitely UT / 'Bama if they both finish the season undefeated. I made my point about the SEC winner having one loss because 'Bama still has to go into Baton Rouge and beat LSU. No easy task. If they win that game, and then the SEC championship against UF, they are undoubtedly in the title game.

 

Florida scores again. I'd love to see the BCS be them against UT. I think they are the best two teams playing right now.

Florida-Texas would definitely be a great game. I don't like Bama, so I'll be rooting for LSU against them, and you're right thats definitely a possible loss for them.

Yeah, TTU really is dominating every aspect of the game right now. They just committed their first penalty, over 20 minutes into the game, and they have had the ball for about 3/4 of the game.

22-6 at the half. Besides the last drive, which they only got a FG off, Texas played like s*** in the first half. I'd expect it to be a bit closer in the 2nd half.

I say Florida. I think they will ultimately end up winning the SEC Championship, giving them a shot to make it to the title game.
