This is not Lester's doing tonight. Ellsbury extended the first by about 10 pitches and Lugo extended the 2nd by another 10.

I don't think Lugo, after a lifetime of playing baseball, can identify a curve yet. It's become almost predictable. Get ahead with one in the zone while Lugo's knees buckle. Throw two in the dirt that he chases. Mix a FB in there every once in a while to keep him honest.
