Quick question, I'm new to doing scorecards, never really got into it until lately.

 

Damon just stole the base, how'd I mark that down in the scorecard?

 

And had he been thrown out, what would I have put?

I just put SB/CS next to whatever base he stole.

I think you'd fill in the line between first and second and put a "SB" (stolen base) next too it. If he had been caught, draw the line halfway and put "CS" (caught stealing).
