Let's do it, boys. Get runs early and often. Let's make it a laugher... the type of game where Gagne gets to pitch with a lead that even he can't blow. f*** it... one run... two runs... ten runs... I don't give a f*** so long as they win the f***ing game.

I can't wait. A Game 6 day is always special. Let's put runners on base every inning. Let's crush them!!! Come up big Curt!!!

It has been confirmed by WEEI. Coco Crisp has indeed been benched in favor of the sexy man named Jacoby Ellsbury. He will bat 8th. Throwing out the first pitch will be the return of Bill Mueller. This will of course be his first appearance at Fenway since Game 3 of the 2005 ALDS vs Chicago

On a different subject: In a spur of the moment type thing, Ive just gotten back home with a 9 week old beagle. Frisky little devil that I gave the name "Yaz" :D

Thank you Lord. Zero excuse for Coco to start tonight.

Any chance of a rain-out in the weekend games? So Becket can pitch a possible game 7?

The weather is looking good I think, but it is New England so that could change at a moments notice.

I think Schill comes up big in this game. It could be his last start as a Red Sox, and he loves these types of pressure filled, drama games.

5-2 Red Sox

If Tito had an inkling of using Ellsbury at all in this postseason, he should have used him more. The guy has 1 postseason AB. You have to go back 21 days to find his last start. Hell of a time for a rookie to get back into the game.

No matter how little he's played... he can't do much worse than Coco has, right?

coco has more value pinch running at this point than starting

I agree - the only way Coco can see first base is as a pinch runner - because no way he can get a hit.

Sometime Francona really get on my nerves - he must have run out of excuses on playing Coco.

Good luck to the Sox from this Orioles fan. Who wants to see a Cleveland-Rockies series? THat would be a real snoozer.

Benching Crisp seems to be a good move, he looks absolutely lost at the plate.

I hope Schilling can come back and have a good game tonight.
