I have no problem with a guy (be it Haffner or whoever) taking a bow (so to speak) when he does something good. I have no issue giving a great player his due, like A-Rod, for instance. If Beckett gives up a jack and Haffner raises his arms, then Beckett plunks him, I call out Beckett as wrong. Period.

 

If I could hit like Manny, I'd do a goddam Irish Jig up the first base line.
