With the benefit of 20/20 hindsight, I'm glad they didn't move any of the kids. Tek gets hurt 4 hours after the deadline? No chance to find a suitable replacement? Trot gets hurt 4 hours after Abreu is off the market? Wells, Wake, Clement all hurt? Rotten luck. We are getting dinged just as the Yankees are getting healthy and actually valuable contribution from Jaret Wright. This year won't end well.

 

Oh, and to top it off, Casey Blake is standing on his head against us.

That was for Andruw Jones. Roy Oswalt really wasn't available from everything I have read. The Red Sox thought they could get a deal but the Astros pulled him off the table along with Brad Lidge and Roger Clemens.
