Gordon Edes killed the deal saying they wanted Jon Lester, Craig Hansen, and Coco Crisp....the Red Sox didn't counter or try to work with Atlanta (thats what I read)

IMO Youk has been one of the best leadoff hitters in baseball, productive year, best avg with risp especially 2 outs, better than expected defense... I call ******** if the Sox try to move him
