Kobe raped some girl? Funny, I don't remember that being proven. In fact, I remember a substantial amount of information that pointed to his innocence. Say what you want about his infidelity, but Jordan wasn't exactly a saint in that regard.

Ayo MGB. Celts vs. Suns tonight. Hopefully is half as good a game as the one in Phoenix last year. That game was ILL. I remember Marcus Banks owning Steven Hunter with that man sized jump to block that. I am fully expecting a loss, even though I hope we can win it...

Yeah I was planning on posting something regarding that game. I think it could be a shootout, will be fun regardless though.

Oh it will be a shootout. Celtics are one of the best shooting teams in the NBA but among the poorest defensively and I don't think that matches up well with the Suns' fast break offense, but I still think the Suns win by 10+. Remember they didn't have Nash in that game last year.

Oh, that was a dark time in Phoenix last year. When he got hurt in Indiana. <_ we went without nash painful to watch because least me during that time span it reminded so much of the team had no point guard which meant bad basketball.>

he is awful.....this team has no direction at all.....why can't he just start Al and Perk together and keep both the white stiffs in raef and scalabrine on the bench......the starting 5 should be pierce, west, wally, al, perk.

i cant watch scalabrine play. All he does is jog up the court, stand at the 3-point line and not move then go back on D and do nothing.

Playing like bums? Are you f***ing joking? What, have you watched 2 games all year? If you watched as much Celtics basketball as I do you would know this team plays their asses off night in and night out, and tonight was no exception. They just dont quite have the skill other teams have to clinch games down the stretch, but there is no f***ing shortage of energy. I have more respect for this team than I do any other team in the world right now. They dont have the best team, yet night in and night out they play their f***ing asses off, and are consistently in close games.

 

Get educated on this topic before you try to argue it again.

Playing like bums? Are you f***ing joking? What, have you watched 2 games all year? If you watched as much Celtics basketball as I do you would know this team plays their asses off night in and night out, and tonight was no exception. They just dont quite have the skill other teams have to clinch games down the stretch, but there is no f***ing shortage of energy. I have more respect for this team than I do any other team in the world right now. They dont have the best team, yet night in and night out they play their f***ing asses off, and are consistently in close games.

Yeah... Ive been known to flip out watching games...

 

We played pretty awesome 3rd quarter for a team whose worst quarter is the third. I thought that excluding the second we played REAL well tonight. Pierce was scoring with ease. Jefferson had a big night. Perk was rebounding real well. Had Sczerbiak not been off I think this game woulda been much different.

 

I also dont think this affected the outcome of the game, but the refs were pretty disgusting tonight.

They dont play defense? 8 games in January we held teams under 100 points. Thats what people call an improvement, and if you cant see theyve been playing better defense you must be on crack or something. The Suns shot like 45% tonight, and they wouldnt have scored 100 if they didnt shoot so many threes.

Anyone who holds the Suns under like 20 points in ANY quarter, plays AT WORST decent defense. I agree YH, we hit a f*** load of threes, but thats our forte, the three ball. Thats why we signed James Jones and one of the reasons we signed Raja Bell.
