Yep, after running your mouth following beating the Red Sox and the Rangers, your team team has fallen apart once again. After losing three out of four in Anaheim, the Twins have shown they can dominate you and it doesn't get any easier facing the Angels again after this series.

P.S. I'd like to dedicate this to all those who came on here and ran their mouths after the Boston series as well as those who made comments about Clement being down after getting hit by a pitch in the head. How do you even expect to make it in the playoffs when you're as inconsistent as it gets?

And their fans are dicks! One needst only to look at the numerous "I wish Schilling was the one to get hit" threads to see that many are, indeed, douche bags. And, although they are hygenic products, that was not intended to be a compliment.

i know there is another thread for this but i still believe the yankees are NOT going to make the playoffs. and the biggest reason will be their pitching. mussina and johnson will carry their weight for you guys but after that you need your other 3 starters to be a little better than .500 for the rest of the season if you want to win a playoff spot. and i would hate it if i had to ask kevin brown, al leiter, and aaron small to win more games than they lose because they wont.

p.s. hideo nomo is not the answer either.

and what, Red Sox fans arent? ...You guys act like you're angels or something, can never do anything wrong. If i started a thread saying that the Red Sox suck you guys would be ALL OVER ME..but because a Sox fan did it about the Yankees everything all good.

I once read the most disturbing comments and ideas regarding to Mariano Rivera's family tragedy during last year's postseason on SOSH. Some of the worst things, I have ever read.

Every team has bad fans, We do, and so do you guys. But the known posters on this board (Yankee fans included) are respectable and I can't see these guys saying things like what I read on the YES boards tonight. Have you seen what they said? I assume, because of your presence here (I think you said you used to post there, or maybe that was NYYfans? :dunno: ) that you left there because of the f***heads allowed to post there.

yes we would be all over you just as if a sox fan started a yankees suck thread on a yankee message board im sure yankee fans would be all over him but the difference here is this is a yankee sucks thread on a red sox board so it is allowed and accepted.

Yes, the moderator there is worthless. All of the good posters from YES transferred to a private board. If you want, I could post some quotes from the Clement thread there?

By October, teams will be left standing:

AL East- Boston Red Sox

AL Central- Chicago White Sox

AL West- Oakland Athletics

AL Wild Card- Anaheim Angels (Ill never say LA Angels of Anaheim, Brrr)

NL East- Atlanta Braves

NL Central- St. Louis Cardinals

NL West- San Diego Padres or Arizona Diamondbacks

NL Wild Card- Houston Astros

I agree with most of your list but flip flop the Angels and A's. I think the Angels are the most complete team in the league right now, and may be on the fast track to another WS birth this year.

Oh wah, it was our old line-up against Johan Santana who has his stuff back on a more consistent basis.

And to those Yankee fans who were jubliant when they re-gained the top of the AL East...since the first week! Took us three months to climp up that moment; won't even let us check out the scenery before you push us back down.

The Padres are one game over .500, and they're in the division lead...and none of the other flailing teams, Dodgers (sorry Moose?) and Giants (still hopping on Barry "rehabbing knee" Bonds to return?) are completely out of it. If they were in the Central (I guess either league), they'd be so far gone.

I'm glad that Clement is O.K. Plus the yankees took the series against the Twins. We just couldn't score on Santana. We were about 3 feet away from tieing that game anyway. We will take the angels series. We probably won't sweep because of Saturday. The Angels are really struggling they've scored only 5 runs in the last 4 games.

They were struggling before the last series with the Yankees -- and now they're struggling again, after it. I think that says a little something about how the Yankees aren't very good.

Is anyone in the AL East "very good"? Think the division leaders in the Central and West are better teams than the Yankees, Red Sox, Orioles.

Well, no -- but you think I'd pass up an opportunity to point out that the Yankees aren't very good?

There's only one way to find that out, and that's the post season. It also depends on what acquisitions are made in the next couple of days.

Definetly, the East is the weakest division this year in the AL, maybe even the ML

Certainly not weaker than the National League West

taking the Angels series was a pretty premature prediction...to make you right we would have to win tomorrow and sunday....and I hope we win tomorrow, my sisters making me take her to the game and the only thing worse than going to a game with my sister is goin to a game with my sister and losing.

anybody's predictions for how chacon will do in his debut in pinstripes in a sold out game at Yankee Stadium, that must be a change as ever, going from the Rockies to the Yankees--Our boy Tony G is loving that he got to go to the Red Sox, he even admitted having now time of his life on a more winning team that the Royals are
