  1. We get back the pick we lost for signing bregman we get an outfielder to replace Montgomery! Yorke for Rodriguez, pick #33 and a player to be named or cash!!! not bad!!!!
  2. The 26 man roster might be facing a bit of overcrowding soon. We have starting pitchers that have started rehab assignments. We have talented prospects threatening to force their way onto the roster. Bres-slow faces some hard decisions in the near future!! But a couple of things to consider: 1.) The hole in the roster is at closer! 2.) We lack depth at 1st base and catcher! 3.) injuries will occur at some point in the season. 4.) slumps will force us to move people around and change things up!!!! Bres-slow has to decide who to option to the minor league, who might need to be placed on waivers, who might need to be placed on the DL, and who can be traded!!
  3. K Diaz and encarnocion with taters for Salem tonight. Nelly Tayler with a tater for Greenville Romero and rosier with taters for Portland diaz and rosier with grand taters
  4. Is Criswell the member of the original star trek landing party in the red security shirt, but not realizing what that means?????
  5. Abreau’s defense and arm are premium every day for sure!!!!
  6. Exactly! Even to this day , pitching is just starting to be replenished at the lowest levels. but I will say this, hang’em Chaim has an eye for talented middle infield hitters!
  7. I agree, I think Bergman is here for 3 years! But we still got 155 games to play this year, I think the infield lineup is set this year, and with Mayer, Hamilton and romy, I feel the depth is legitimate. Props to bres-slow because I am not sure I could have said that last year!!!
  8. Everybody loves opening day!!!!! uberstine - another offseason removed from ucl surgery. mullins - showed decent stuff last year. Not sure about command and control though
  9. Worcester offense totally shut down today by a pitcher named “junk”!
  10. I think bres-slow and company made it a point to increase depth this season! With a 162 game season, you know injuries are inevitable!!! Last year, we lacked depth, this year. I feel a lot better about our ability to survive injuries. Especially in the rotation and bullpen.
  11. I think the bullpen is absolutely killing it this year thus far!! I cannot under estimate the great job they have done keeping us in games.
  12. I think Mayer has to prove he can hit off speed and breaking balls at Worcester before he gets called up
  13. I always thought houck should be a closer for us!!
  14. Dobbins threw a lot of meatballs Tuesday!!!
  15. Atlanta needs an upgrade at shortstop!!!!! Maybe bres-slow can do some selling????
  16. I think sometimes we over look the improvement in our defense this year. injuries can still bite us, but the depth feels better this year! we had 102 errors last year, I think! I am hopeful we slice a significant portion of those errors out of 2025!
  17. The bats in the lineup need to continue to come out of deep freeze. the bullpen has been unbelievably great this far. Hopefully they continue to excel!!! the starters are keeping us in the game! I think we continue to struggle, but as we get healthy, I think this team start to put together winning streaks! Looks like it is going to be frustrating for a few more weeks. Then things get better
  18. Great deal for both sides. Congrats to Campbell and bres-slow!!!
  19. Abreau with an outfield assist today. On his way to another gold glove!! Wow!!!!!
  20. Mayer with another tater today. Giolito looked pretty good.
  21. I believe hang’em chaim was hired to get the team under the cap, rebuild the farm system but also remain competitive in Boston !!!! If hang’em Chaim would have invested some in pitching, he would still be here today
