  1. Murphy seems to be living on borrowed time. penrod for released again. He could replace Isiah !!!!
  2. Godbout assigned to Greenville
  3. Last time pitching, uberstine pitched out of the bullpen. If uberstine wants to get to Boston with his fringy stuff. The bullpen is the way to go. Acala is ready for a trip to the DL with a strained forearm!!
  4. Password with one tater and Romero with 2 taters today. Fitts with a nice day too! Musset with a tater for Salem,
  5. I think the Red Sox just promoted Tolle to Worcester!!!! the Worcester rotation is now crazy good
  6. Except for Mayer injury, I think bres-slow really likes our position player lineup! I think he was frustrated that he could not use only prospects to get pitchers
  7. Password had a tater in three straight games now
  8. Giolita has an innings pitched clause in his contract that changes the team option to a player or mutual option . I think the innings limit is 140 or 150
  9. That was the strangest 6 run inning ever???
  10. No doubt. Bres-slow nailed it on that trade! Plus we are set up perfectly for a huge trade if Pittsburgh wants to move skenes and with the Devers and beuhler money, we can sign a high quality starter, if the Mets leave us any!!!!
  11. Can you imagine how we look if Campbell was included in the crochet trade instead of teel????
  12. The big 4: Anthony has exceeded any and all expectations thus far. Future superstar. Narveaz has exceeded any and all expectations thus far. He is tiring out now and we need Wong to catch more genes. But narveaz is the unexpected gem of the rookie class. Campbell was thrown into the North Atlantic without a life preserver and promptly drowned. However, he is starting to make the adjustments and figure it out it all together again offensively at Worcester!! I have serious doubts about his defense but there is no doubt when he is playing with confidence, he can hit! Mayer is a mystery. I think his defense is major league caliber plus for sure. I think his hitting against righties will develop to be above average and if the hitting against lefties can improve a bit, then he could be a tremendous asset!!! The thing that worries me are the injuries. Now that it looks like he needs wrist surgery and could be shut down, I see the annual premature end to his seasons as troubling! honorable mention goes to dobbins! Love the moxie and boost he gave us even if the stuff was fringy/decent most of the time!
  13. Relievers are so unpredictable year to year. some team out there is regretting the tanner scott signing from last offseason!!
  14. Tolle on a limited pitch count I think
  15. Anthony has ice water flowing through his views!!! Pure assassin !!!
  16. But maybe a lack of better options had something to do with it!!!
  17. We will never be able to answer that question, but this team is tight now and the locker room culture is important to bres-slow!!! &nbsp
  18. I think bres-slow had a decent trade deadline We kept the team culture together and added a couple fringe pieces we are set up perfectly to score 2 great starters and a couple strong relievers this offseason
  19. In the Portland game, Castro with the outfield assist at third base!!! in the Salem game, Justin Gonzales with the sacrifice fly to win it 1-0 for Salem.
  20. Maybe! But what flexibility do we have while waiting for the next batch????
  21. I feel bad for Bernardino! I do not know how his arm still works given all the games Cora has used him in !!!!!
  22. I am a bit (slightly) concerned that our farm system is light on quality bats! Arias, Campbell, Gonzales, password and maybe Romero!!!! I know we just graduated a bunch of bats these past two years and traded away some very nice bats to Chicago. (Well worth it I might add) but we have to keep talent in the funnel
  23. I remain completely satisfied that bres-slow did the right thing at the trade deadline!!! I believe this offseason, we need to take a hard run at trading for a number 2 starter and signing a quality free agent starter with the Devers money!!
