We got about 45 percent of the way through this game 4 before we started running into issues.
-
Houck should be available tomorrow.
-
You can never go wrong by taking the best player available!
-
That was an incredible game 3! I am amazed at this team’s ability to keep fighting back, to never say die. One more win!
-
The key for me is to not fall behind early and try to make them play from behind,
-
This year we saw significant development from some young pitchers. Walters and wickelman for examples, Maybe just maybe Hang’em Chaim is changing our minor league pitching development program. It will still take a few years for these youngsters to develop, if they develop, but for the first time since the early Theo years, I am encouraged by what I am seeing!
-
Devers and bogey are the cornerstones of our current roster!
-
Sale threw only sliders and four seamers today, Without the change up, he might as well be tossing batting practice!
-
I think Hang’em Chaim is going to continue what he did last off season as far as signings go.
-
We have to get to cole early. Don’t let him get into a rhythm Don’t chase pitches outside the strike zone. Make him throw strikes.
-
1.) we give Rodriguez a q.o. But he leaves. 2.) Martinez would be stupid to opt out. 3.) schwarber leaves via free agency. 4.) we clean out the garbage on the 40 man roster via traded and dfa. 5.) we sign at least 4 medium free agents that contribute more than people expect.

From the 4th worst record in baseball to the wild card game in one season is amazing, In addition, we did it without making any Mega free agent signings. Having Cora replace the old guy was worth a few wins. But the rest was achieved by adding a few medium free agents and a trade for scharwber! Win or lose Tuesday, this has been an amazing season!

What an incredible win! Outstanding come back win.
-
Game 162. Offense goes to sleep and sale implodes!
-
I have been saying that houck should be our closer since he was drafted.
-
Ottavino meltdown in progress! Where has our offense gone?
-
Why do we keep trotting Barnes out there? He is a mess!
-
Wow! 9.5 is very high. With the defense, I considered all the outfield assists we have accumulated this year, which I consider a part of playing defense.
-
The secret formula is good pitching, solid defense and timely hitting. As current constitutes our roster is; Pitching 6 out of 10. Defense 4 out of 10. Hitting 8.5 out of 10. If all weight evenly, you have to ask yourself….. Is a 6.13 good enough to make the playoffs?
-
We lost one game because eovaldi was over throwing. We lost today because they tried to go an extra inning with houck, who struggled to locate. Let’s hope Rodriguez is the yankee killer he has been in the past. Then the fair weather fans will be be on the bandwagon.
-
When I watch him play, he seems to almost always put the ball in play. I know he is older, can’t play defense and is not a power guy, but I keep rooting for him to get a chance in Boston, because he does have a decent hit tool.
-
Big game tonight against cole. Let’s hope he is throwing some beachballs tonight.
-
Does granberg start next year at triple a?
-
Cassas with a triple tonight and two runs driven in so far!
-
Amen brother!
