  1. I would take either one in a heartbeat, but would prefer Correa. I know that if we sign Correa or story,, bogey would have to move to second base, and while bogey might not like it, the fact remains, bogey literally has hundreds of millions of reasons to have the best possible year he can this year.
  2. My apologies! The spell check got me again.
  3. From your finger tips to Hang’em Chaim’s ears…. Please welcome Derek Holland to the team! Now the Yankees, rays and blue jays will know fear!
  4. That is the truth! If you go out to Honolulu, those guys love spam. As Eli manning would say, “ they put that crap on everything.” Just another reason that state is loaded with issues and needs to be some to Japan!
  5. For the record, I am not in favor for trading bogey or devers!
  6. Derek Holland to the rescue. Not sure what he has left in the tank, but if he can help bridge us to sale’s return, then his signing makes sense!
  7. Isn’t plan b = soler?
  8. We already have Bradley on the roster, how many truly bad bats is Hang’em Chaim allowed on a roster!
  9. Hang’em Chaim facing some really tall odds!
  10. I believe there is a method to his passiveness, Hang’em Chaim will come through! Trust the process.
  11. Didn’t the twins trade for infielder alfalfa earlier in the day or yesterday? This trade must have been brewing for a bit.
  12. Isn’t maximizing revenue and ebitda the goal? As a business owner, it is what I get up for every morning.
  13. Hang’em Chaim is rebuilding the farm system to help eliminate the occasional dips and keep us annually winning.
  14. You are the boldest poster in the board!
  15. Not sure it is relevant, but Barnes was lights out from April to June when the spin rate on the 4 seamer was around 2400 plus, But by July it was down to around 2100 plus. I see two things: 1.) Barnes got over used and his arm went dead. 2.) Barnes sustained an injury and kept his mouth shut. Whatever happened is unknown, but we should know fairly early in the season how he is throwing.
  16. You might be right, in the last two drafts he has done nothing early via starting pitching.
  17. Hang’em Chaim seems to have value two things with hitters above all else: High contact rates and power. At some point Hang’em Chaim is going to develop an ace pitcher. (Side note: it might help if he drafted one highly.) but once he has that ace, that is when he gives out the monster second contract.
  18. No, it will not be over until hang’em Chaim can count on introducing his talented youngsters to fill major holes and using journeymen for depth. The biggest problem for Hang’em Chaim is that desperate Dave turned the minor league development system into a dumpster fire.
  19. Exactly! Hang’em Chaim craves value, whether coming into or leaving the organization!
  20. Hang’em Chaim still in the running for him!
  21. I agree 100 percent. If we did need a tank year, 2020 was the year to do it.
  22. Buffalo, here we come again.
  23. Lately is a relative term. How about I narrow it for you just watch any series of game between June and september 2021.
  24. All I am saying is: Have you seen Bradley swing a bat lately? The thought of giving him 500 outs (at bats) a year is absolutely terrifying.
