  1. Hang’em Chaim still in the running for him!
  2. I agree 100 percent. If we did need a tank year, 2020 was the year to do it.
  3. Buffalo, here we come again.
  4. Lately is a relative term. How about I narrow it for you just watch any series of game between June and september 2021.
  5. All I am saying is: Have you seen Bradley swing a bat lately? The thought of giving him 500 outs (at bats) a year is absolutely terrifying.
  6. Poor bob! That is terrible news. I wish him the best going forward.
  7. Have you seen Bradley swing a bat? It’s uglier than a yankees’s fan taking the Mensa test! Late inning defensive replacement and occasional relief of the starters is a perfect role for Bradley. Pitchers will be happy and Cora can look like a genius for putting Bradley in there late.
  8. If we sign Suzuki, the outfield situation becomes very clear. Verdugo in left, Hernandez in center and Suzuki in right. Bradley in the 4th outfielder/late game defensive replacement. Hernandez only sees 2nd base in an emergency.
  9. What happened to bob? Why is he a former scout?
  10. This year more than most any other, depth could be challenged by injuries. Hang’em Chaim seems to realize that by signing three more pitchers to minor league deals. Now he needs a couple more bullpen arms.
  11. I actually like the trade right bring back Bradley and get us binelas. Binelas could be huge for us.
  12. I think it is safe to say that hernandez should only see 2nd base in an emergency.
  13. Suzuki bats right handed. Has a good eye at the plate and plays good defense. Except for cash, not a lot of downside in signing him.
  14. My money is on smart!
  15. I am pleasantly surprised by how well Hang’em Chaim is doing. Year 1 - Covid, injuries, minor leagues got a bit of a talent influx and most important a spending reset. Year 2 - more influx of talent in the minor leagues and two games from the World Series. Yes, for year 3 we need more bullpen help, a right fielder and another utility infielder, but I like what he did before the lockout and I expect to see 3-4 prospects contribute this year in Boston. Let’s see what he does over the next four weeks or so.
  16. Very sad! I miss truck day.
  17. Only $11 billion by my count, but still, that is a ton of cheese.
  18. Previously, I had no reason to like Sherman, but now I do! See ya jeter….. you and your bad case of the clap can crawl back to the Bronx!
  19. Isn’t that what hang’em Chaim is trying to do for us? He just had to finish choking on desperate Dave’s bad deals and finish restocking the minors after desperate Dave turned our minor league system into a dumpster fire.
  20. Have you ever googled the owner of the Mets net worth?
  21. Can not wait! Thanks
  22. I like the second option.
  23. Greed continued to choke the life out of this game!
  24. Does having a bunch of mediocre talent keep us from giving our youngsters a chance to show what they can do in Boston?
  25. I am very encouraged by what hang’em Chaim has achieved this off season. We got some starters, which will push some fringe starters into full time bullpen pitchers, We added some defense and increased the prospect pool. We are a closer away from having a completed offseason.
