I know this is a tough thing to understand, but exactly nowhere did I ever state that the sox infield didn't get worse without bregman. I said it wasn't competent even with bregman, Reading is fundamental. Crazy concept, I know. -
Exactly nowhere did I troll, nice try. I simply stated that the sox infield was certainly not competent even with bregman. Which is entirely true since they are one of the worst fielding teams even with bregman. Are you saying they weren't?

Well, a previous poster claimed that most of bregman's errors are on throws, which really doesn't have much to do with getting to balls that devers can't. Now, I don't know how true this is because I haven't looked into how many of his errors were throws vs with the glove.

Swing and a miss. I take many different measures into account, but I don't dismiss the old school metrics all together either.

Exactly nowhere did I state that he's not a good fielder. Excellent? That's subjective. That all depends on what one considers "excellent".

There is absolutely no way that story should ever bat #2. On top of being a terrible hitter, he is hitting way too many groundballs that would lead to many double plays should duran get on base.

Umm, maybe because bregman was a GG at 3rd and devers is the worst fielding 3B in baseball the last few years.......

Nonsense, there is no way that devers should be at 3rd over bregman. devers should been handed a 1B mitt the day they signed bregman. Instead cora and the FO played games because they were scared of hurting devers' feelings and it blew up in their face.
