    I think we all know that the Sox HAVE to add some SP before ST. Who do we think they will add?? I sure hope we don't end up trading one of our top 3 prospects to add SP when there were lots of quality SP available on the FA market and any trade will mean we likely will need to extend a contract at a cost similar or greater than the available FA SP

    I got it all figured out for Breslow.. After his trade for the Juicer he should trade either Kyle Teel or Roman Anthony ( or both if needed) for Alex Manoah and then sign Marcus Stroman as a FA to complete our SP needs. He can then sign Roughned Odour to solve our 2B need. Off-season done and still well under the cap. John Henry will not need to miss any meals. Merry Christmas everyone.

    I don't have a problem with that but he hasn't really spent since although Bloom did make a couple expensive mistakes

    Red Sox have become the laughing stock of MLB. Hernandez would of made sense signing but now they have the juicer so where is the need?? Why not bring in Kluber to complement Paxton. f***ING JOKE !!

    i don't see the Sox bucking for Snell both because of the $$ and years to sign him but also because of the draft pick it would cost them. As for Montgomery given where the Sox are right now I'd pass on him too. I would not want to get tied into him for 6 years or the like. Like I said in another post Sox may as well mail in 2024 and then draft another shortstop because it makes no sense to draft a P with our 1st pick.

    probably best just to stick with what we have and add a ML P and a Kluber type or 2. Then when we finish in a position to draft in the top 5 we can select another shortstop.
