  1. And some on here thinks he couldn’t have done any better. Shudder the thought of what he would end up for Raffy.
  2. I’m not sure either one could do the job full time, but they were the best option from day 1, and they were not utilized.
  3. Bloom, Bloom, Bloom will bring nothing more than GLOOM and DOOM. Are you saying there is something wrong with being irate over a last place losing team? Deny, deny accuse that Bloom is not a problem.
  4. Still beating that Duran drum? Not only no, but he’ll no! Dugy is what he is nothing more than JAG.
  5. I keep on hearing what JH has done in the past such as spending in cycles, but what people have a hard time comprehending is that this is not the same JH as even 5 years ago, so live in the past all you want, and if you are ok with a last place team good for you, but most don’t want any part of it, or any kind of a plan that it is included. Wildcard standings update. 5 games below the O’s in last place, and that to me, and most is NEVER ALRIGHT.
  6. I’ve always thought that Bloom makes more decisions like Whitlock, Arroyo, Duran, and Franchy creating a clown show. Maybe Bloom should be the manager to see what he can do with the mess he created.
  7. Having Bloom in charge, and judging by the results is all the sacrifices I want to make, and the RESULTS is not what I want to see. All the fire sale talk on here even before the season started showed where some were going, or hoping.
  8. Now you are coming around to what I’ve been saying since day 1, and I also believe it was Bloom decision to put Whitlock into the rotation, which many on here liked as well. Whitlock hasn’t been the same since Just another example of Bloom not having a clue.
  9. Someone on here said to consider the source, and I do that when I hear that it’s alright for a team with a $200M+ payroll to go through a rebuild that might take 5-6 Bloom yrs to accomplish such as some on here are giving Bloom to do. On the other hand Many here, and out in the big world don’t give a dam about farm rankings, and the build up of suspects like Jeter Downs, and only care what’s happening at the moment, and don’t want any part of a 1 year rebuild let alone a 2,3,4, or 5 year so called Bloom plan to take effect. To me if you know what you are doing, and I don’t believe Bloom does you shouldn’t get this bad. I think MOST fans are more than ornery, and embarrassed too.
  10. Bloom is like Duran playing the OF. The more you see of him the more he is exposed. As some fan in Red Sox Nation said today Bloom may be good at building a 11 yr old Cal Ripken Team to have a bunch of moving parts around the field. Wildcard update. 5 games in the L column behind the O’s, who has actually played better since the trade deadline, and after trading their closer, and Mancini. Sox 3-5. The Sox have been Bloomed, and it’s not a good thing.
  11. Hilarious!
  12. To late in the season for that, but yes Worcester he should be.
  13. But he’s going to get hot like last year, or so some on here have been preaching.
  14. Maybe he need to make another appearance on Felger, and Mass to set the record straight. I’m sure they would welcome him with open arms, and wouldn’t be as surprised as the first time.
  15. We’ll Bloom has found plenty of ways for fans to pay attention to himself, but I’m sure not the kind he wants.
  16. You know what thought did? Thought Kike was going to be like last year, and go through a few hot streaks, but he SUCKED from day 1.
  17. Does Story play the OF? The needed another RH’d out there. Kike sucked from day 1 until he got hurt, and the only reason the Ref Man came up was, because of all the injuries. Remember that Arroyo was first option out there for some time
  18. Ah. Another consider the source.
  19. Yes, but did he expect the amount of blowback from Red Sox Nation? Like I keep repeating that JH has rabbit ears, and I’m sure doesn’t like the amount of scrutiny the Sox are getting along with the NESN ratings, and attendance down.
  20. Yes Bloom did say they needed another OF bat, but he did not say as a starter. Paying JBJ, and his contract prospects, or not just didn’t make any financial sense to be a 4th OF.
  21. That may have been the assumption to some on here, but I don’t think that was Bloom’s plan at all.
  22. Yes the odds are some will amount to something, but what are the odds that one turns out to be a Mookie, Bogey, or Raffy, which the Red Sox could very well loose them all. As Uncle Jed used to say Pitiful just plain pitiful.
  23. JBJ to the Blue Jays. I would say I hope he comes back to haunt his old club, but I don’t think the Red Sox will be relevant to haunt. Good luck to JBJ.
