  1. Call me all the names you want, but like I said Tony Mass has thrown out bullpen stats during the broadcast, which you continue to ignore. Dig into that 26-3 a little bit deaper.
  2. Renfroe was a closer last year? What game was that? Even though I have changed my mine on Story Land I agree with you he never should have been signed. See we can agree.
  3. Throwing the words out like silly clowns is another predictable move by you. Mass has given you the BP stats more than once, but you refuse to listen, which is no surprise at all.
  4. Throwing words out like idiot. How classy lassy that is. I ve heard before that Cora is a magician with the BP, but his act has gone stale.in other words his act is only good for so long.
  5. In your little corner of the world.
  6. I agree with you that Renfroe is not a closer.
  7. As usual wrong again. Is that all you got for everyone?
  8. I second the notion that the pen is bad, and that’s on Bloom.
  9. You and your strawman.
  10. One more time. Last year, or any other year has nothing to do with this year.
  11. Failed experiment to me, but just an opinion. ANYTHING’s POSSIBLE!
  12. Wrong again, because Kutter Crawford is starting today. Wow Robles had the 4th lowest ERA, and what he’s done before matters what now? No Houck has never demonstrated he’s a bonafide closer, but how many opportunities has he had. If Cora would have made Whitlock the closer opening day we wouldn’t be still talking about closing, we would have more wins, and maybe Whitlock wouldn’t be injured from the so called Whitlock as a starter experiment.
  13. Cora had already said last night after the game why Houck didn’t close.
  14. Why?? The report I saw was Kutter Crawford is starting today.
  15. Cora said after the game that Houck had never pitched in back to back games before, so they have to build him up for that. I guess 22 pitches the night before was to many pitches, and they had decided before the game that Houck would be unavailable.
  16. Jay Dee may be going on a HR run.
  17. Franchy, and his luster are starting to wear off.
  18. Wacha is paying for that complete game tonight.
  19. More small ball. The Go Go Red Sox.
  20. Sox playing some more small ball tonight. Love it!
  21. Now Evol is pushed back on his next start. What’s up with all the hip problems?
  22. Yankees are bombing tonight.
  23. I would imagine Arauz.
  24. Still after all these games, and Cora doesn’t have set roles for these guys. It’s been fun with all these wins of late, but they’ve been against bad teams. The lack of a real closer will show up even more when the Sox go back to playing the better teams, and especially that 17 game stretch in July against NY, Tampa, and Toronto, which will mean Houck won’t go. Actually it’s a 23 game stretch with 3 games against the Cubs thrown in.
  25. I think Story Land Sat because he K’d 4 times the last time against the pitcher.
