  1. Just going with the flow, and to me the flow right now is more, or less going for it NOW, and not waiting to later. I think the Rut Man trade shows that to me. Giving up as many suspects as they did for someone who is currently injured, and with a lockout looming next year this seems more like a now move to me.
  2. I agree. After missing so much time, and then having to go to Woo to hopefully get a productive stroke back seems very unlikely as streaky as he is to begin with.
  3. He wasn’t the GM when they hired him. He was born, and raised in NY, and he just said everyone knew. Kind of surprised Shue on the Big Jab who was interviewing him.
  4. No, and he said they knew it when they hired him.
  5. Guilty, but i heard lots of fans wondering if this team would ever get to 500. This is an outlier season not seen before, and most likely won’t for a long time again. From Uncle Jed, and pitiful to Gomer, and Shazam, and now to Frank Barone, and Holy Crap.
  6. Just heard an interview with the Sea Dogs GM who said he’s a Yankee fan. Wow!🙈
  7. Duran has started to hit a little bit the last few games, so I think he’s safe. I think Masa is safe too. If Roman comes back JJ, or White will have to go most likely, which leaves Sogard, and Seigler if Story, and IKF come back. Then someone else has to go when Meade comes back. Lot of moving parts, and lots of decisions have to be made, which will effect players especially the Infielders that have all been a part in the turnaround, and winning streak.
  8. I don’t like opt outs so I’ve always thought DD could have done a better job when he extended Bogey, and given him more money to take away the opt out, and then the 6 years would have been about right. Probably wouldn’t have signed Story, so I don’t know how all that would have worked out. Of course sentiment worked in when he did opt out, but a 6+ year contract after that wouldn’t have gone so well.
  9. Maybe a change of scenery will do him good.
  10. I think the Sox were holding on to hope he turned out to what they thought he would be when they drafted him.
  11. If you watched NESN more than just the games you would know more, and wouldn’t have to ask those questions. It other words you’d be more informed . That’s my only point I was making. I would think everyone would want to be more informed.
  12. What didn’t change was his ability to stay on the field either. He had a golden opportunity when Story went down.
  13. Do you get NESN? That’s where the info was coming from, and the Brez initerview.
  14. like I said earlier I think he had just worn out his welcome finally as he had with Cora earlier.
  15. That’s a point I’ve brought up before about not being around NE you don’t know nowhere near all the things that get said, and done. Nothing derogatory just a fact. NESN had plenty of interviews yesterday, and today as did the local venues with good information, and discussion. As always good talking to you, and have a good day.
