    I agree, but Pedro, and Roger haven’t been throwing to him, or anything close.

    On a positive side how about Bogey, and JD hitting their first HR of the season yesterday, and Evol, and Wacha winning their first starts going 5, and 6 respectively.

    I think the CERA stat itself is pretty meaningless. Johnny Bench wouldn’t have made Kluber, or Sale any better the last two days.

    All time maybe, but if you go back the last 30 days I would say no. Probably even longer than that, and it’s not something I’m proud about either.

    Like I said in the game thread Duvall if healthy is going to miss some, and pile up the K’s, and he’s going to hit some, and pile up some HR’s. He had a good last part of ST, and it’s carried over into the start of the season. I think the biggest complaint about Duvall by some on here was Duvall in CF.

    I watched some of the Padres game last night. How refreshing it was to listen to Donny O again.

    Yuck, yuck, yuck day, and night, and the amazing part is Jacks, and Stork get things right more than you do. How do you account for that? It’s just as simple as 1-2-4.

    I agree just like Abreu was the first player he wanted, and got outbid by Houston.

    Also it’s not after 1 game. Bra Man, and Ort have made enough appearances for a judgement to be made.

    The bottom line is that lots of fans are not waiting any longer for Bloom to make things awesome, so if that’s over analyzing then so be it. There has been more than one poster on here trashing Ort, and the Bra Man the last few years, so if I do it you call it classic after 1 game. Or would it be better to call them a clown like you did on another thread? Wow!

    Yes context, context,context. I never said he was talking about this year, but as usual you took the big jump, and over analyzed. Did you hear the BOO birds yesterday? One game into the season was all it took, and that says it all! Bloom, or JH, or anyone else are not going to get any leeway this year. The fans, or at least some of them are not going to wait for something that may never happen for a bunch of suspects to come, and save the day. A bunch of garbage was thrown out there yesterday on the mound, and it didn’t give a very good first impression to start the season.

    He may have four more years left on his contract after this year, but I’m guessing they won’t be all in a Red Sox uniform.

    Maybe the Sour Man, and Hansel too.

    Who was he going to bring in when Kluber got taken out in the 4th? Who’s the long man? Bra Man, or Ort are not a long man. That would have been a spot for Houck, or Whitlock who I still believe should be in the BP. I understand that Houck is only starting, because of Bello, and Whitlock being out. I agree Brasier, and Ort shouldn’t even be on the 40 let alone the 26, and that’s all on Bloom.
