  1. Asking a serious question of when was the last time any of your BTV suggested trades actually happened was not complaining. Just curious.
  2. Well JH did get rid of DD after 4 winning seasons, and one year removed from a WS title. You don’t think other perspective candidates wouldn’t notice that?
  3. Where’s your list?
  4. Whatever floats your boat.
  5. I’ll admit I haven’t paid much attention to what’s going on in Miami outside of them having a winning team this year, and making the postseason.
  6. And how many of those suggested trades do you think would have happened?
  7. He’s a SS, and only played 2B, because of Bogey. He’s an excellent SS, so I don’t get what all the intrigue is about moving him to 2B. He played a great short RF in 2022, but he can’t do that anymore. His range is more useful at SS.
  8. At least I’m right once in awhile. Bloom being a bad hire, Kike being a bad resigning, Sale being a bad resigning, and calling for Jansen a year before they actually signed him. Like I said it wasn’t that hard.
  9. When is the last time any of your BTV accepted trades for the Red Sox actually happened?
  10. I would be more concerned how nobody else saw Bloom as a bad hire in the beginning , and even more so after 4 years of being in Boston. It really wasn’t that hard.🙈
  11. Some turned down the Red Sox last time, and some have turned the Red Sox down this time. Seems like the Marlins definitely made a better hire than their Red Sox with their last hire, so I guess we’ll have to wait, and see who makes the better hire this time.
  12. The list is certainly long.
  13. No, that showed I was 100% right, and it was an easy call to make.
  14. And this is from the guy who asked last year if the Red Sox signed JT for the bench.
  15. All you guys were all pondering last offseason after Bogey signed with SD, and before Story got hurt on who the Red Sox were going to get to play SS, because you thought Story should stay at 2B, and I kept saying all along that Story was going to be the SS, which he would have if he hadn’t gotten hurt. I was right then, and I believe I’m right now that barring injury Story will be the opening SS of day 1 in 2024. Is that a 100% certainly? If you want to say no fine.
  16. You mean like I was joking when I said Bloom was a bad hire for the Red Sox the second I heard about it?
  17. Daydreaming all you want if it makes you feel better.
  18. Yes it sounds like the Red Sox will continue with your obvious mistakes of Raffy at 3B, Story at SS, and Casas at 1B. That’s the cards they have dealt themselves, and the way that Cora is most likely to go. Story was going to be the opening day SS last year, before he got hurt, and that is where he wants to play. If you wish you can think he’ll be moved to 2B, but most likely a wish that won’t be granted. He’s a excellent SS, and all the current problems the Red Sox have I don’t think moving Story off SS is on the list if aBloom is still there, or they hire Joe s*** The Rag Man.
  19. Being in the hot seat not so much either.
  20. I don’t think Bloom being gone has one tinkers dam to do with if Story plays SS, or not. Cora makes that decision just like he said Raffy will be the 3B next year, and I don’t see Cora taking Story off SS. You have more of a chance of your wish to have Chapman playing 3B for the Sox next year, which is next to nothing too.
  21. It used to be, but I’m not so sure that it’s not even close. People watched DD get fired after 4 winning seasons, and one year removed from a WS title, so job security, or lack of it I don’t believe is that attractive if for nothing else.
  22. So now the Marlins have two job openings too. For potential candidates for a HOBO is it more attractive to work for the Marlins, or to work for JH? A few years back it would be an easy answer, but I’m not so sure now.
  23. Outside of Eddie? I don’t believe so.
  24. No, it doesn’t matter, but just to hear him spin, and grin on how the Red Sox are turning candidates away, because there are so many.
  25. I don’t believe Story is going anywhere, but SS anytime soon.
