  1. Who knows maybe the RAF Man sticks in the IF somewhere. Grissom is far from a lock as the long term solution at 2B.
  2. The Braves also have an excellent 1B. They are playing the cards they dealt themselves, and the Red Sox are doing the same with NOshida, Raffy, and Casas. The Braves dealt themselves a better hand, and that’s one reason they are a better team.
  3. What made the future look bleak after 2019 was getting rid of Mookie.
  4. Give me the toughest schedule, and put me in the toughest Div anytime, and let the chips fall where they may.🤫
  5. Moving Raffy anywhere does NOT increase his value. Talking about 2 out of every 3 years, or 2.5 out of 4 years is useless too. Either he gets better, or he doesn’t.
  6. Playing Casas, and Raffy each 81 games at 1B?🙈🤭🤮. I think that’s a terrible idea, and wouldn’t help either one of them. Maybe Raffy could play 1B, and maybe he couldn’t, but i wouldn’t count on it, and haven’t seen anything to suggest he can. He is no Boomer Scott, or even Youck with the glove for that matter.
  7. And will for 10 more years.
  8. The only thing i thought about at the end of 2019 was 2020. The only thing I’m concerned about now after the Celtics, and Bruins is the 2024 Red Sox. Like Ive said many times if you’re not in it to try, and get in, and win it then don’t play at all. You should never throw a year away. Just, because the future may appear brighter certainly does not guarantee success.
  9. The Red Sox had to sign Raffy, but I was Never a Devers for ever guy.
  10. How do you think Raffy is going to age in a Red Sox uniform? Devers for ever like a fine wine, or Nevers Dever like some stinky old cheese?
  11. Win some lose some, win some lose some, win some lose some.
  12. I don’t care if the O’s, and Yankees each win 120 games. The Red Sox aren’t in that class. It’s all the other teams the Red Sox have to worry about of having any hopes of a postseason.
  13. Sell! Sell! Sell! 🤫
  14. Like I said when you go giddy things turn s*****. Nevers has 10 LOB the last 2 games.
  15. 😭😂🤭🙈🤮
  16. It’s time to get into B’s mode, but I’m sure I’ll get an accurate description of the Sox game on here after the Hockey game is over.
  17. The more you post the more you live up to your name(NNN).
  18. It may have been Notin’s baby, but you held that baby more than once. Prediction, or suggestion it was never gong to happen.
  19. Did you pound your thumb again? The president of the league did not hold pitchers back, so they could pitch in the All Star Game, because of viewership, or revenue. How you come up with that is mind boggling. The players from both leagues wanted to win, and both leagues wanted to win. Did it count in any standings, or anything no, but bragging rights meant a lot to both the players, and the leagues.🙈🤭
  20. I will bet you that Chapman wasn’t on the Red Sox radar, or even discussed this past offseason.
  21. We’ve gone over this a 100 times. The Red Sox already had a $18M DH. They already had a $300M 3B, and a young 1B who most likely will be there for a long time. There was no room for Chapman, and more importantly no room in the Budget for Chapman. It was NEVER going to happen. The Red Sox are playing the cards they have dealt themselves. Injuries happen, and have happened, but Chapman was Never coming to Boston.🤭🙈
  22. Back in the day it was NOT a meaningless exhibition game to the players, or the leagues. I remember 1 year when I believe the AL president told the teams to hold the better pitches back from pitching in the weekend before the All Star Game, so they would be available to pitch in the All Star game. That’s how serious it was back in the day, and far from a meaningless exhibition game.
