  1. Weber has been effective for a couple innings but how far can he go in MLB with only an 87mph FB , and most pitches about 75-84 ??
  2. The old saying, every team wins 60 and loses 60, but it's what you do in the other 42 games that separates winners from losers. This game so far is just one of 60 L's if it doesn't change
  3. Means throws his best game of the season to date. Nice timing. Maybe roll against their bullpen next couple innings.
  4. Weber seems to have a lot of movement on his pitches.
  5. Moon will hire him a hitting coach to prove he can rake
  6. True and with Rask playing out of his mind, that may win. The only time, however, that I have seen more swings and misses than the Bruins trying to clear the zone is when certian red Sox are at the plate
  7. Bradley sees 6 pitches , swing and miss on the 6th, out of the zone. Of the 6 pitches, only one was a true strike. But enough about JBjr that hasn't already been said.
  8. Certainly agree with that sentiment. But DD kept him around knowing he was troubling with the knee physically and his overall situation as a shitbird. The team went into this year with no real pitching help. Brian Johnson is not the answer either.
  9. Any lineup that features 3 consecutive sub .200 hitters is going to slow roll. Nunez can break through with one more hit, but that lineup is close to playing 9 vs 6.
  10. Once again, a slow pitch leftie is giving the RH lineup trouble through 3 innings. Let's see if Josh Smith can hold the mighty O's to the 4 spot.
  11. Thank you , Josh F. Smith. Giving up Grannies to the Orioles to go down 4-0
  12. Bruins lose the first goal to goalie interference after one of the worst executed power plays ever seen.
  13. Based on the first two batters the only thing Smith is going to give you is indigestion
  14. Hope the fat f*** in the stands is made famous in Baltimore
  15. That was a crappy start to the game with fan interference (whether they call it or not) and JDM landing on his butt on the track.
  16. Doesn't take a 30 year MLB scout and talent evaluator to see that JDM, while still contributing daily and playing the field, is slumping at best or hitting with about 75% power if his back is tight
  17. A sweep in Baltimore would go a long way to tightening up the East. Yankees and Rays need to split.
  18. Brewer's command is incredibly bad. He will get to try the Pawsox bus express sometime in the next month or so
  19. Apparently he has been struggling ?
  20. I tacked that on to last night's thread. If Colten or Tyler are pitching, it looks like a big lead and sure win for us. Got Walden today with a nice inning.
  21. He is certainly putting on a show. He has made the discussion around second base go from when do the IL guys get back, to so what when they get back if ever.
  22. Do we get Brewer and T'burg again with the now fat lead? They must be tired , try someone else, Alex
  23. Thanks, Bogey, you made the best of it with the missing salami
  24. Another run on the wild walk by Beni. Now Bogey gets his second try at a bases loaded situation in two innings. Time to bust it up Bogey.
