If you want the effect of SSS to become clear, last night Mitch Moreland started the game with a .231 BA, After last night plus 2 AB's tonight, he's over .300. Which represents the realMM? It's easy to overlook Moreland's actual body size and strength. He's a big boy.

Starters have 9 of the about to be 10 losses. Brewer has one in Arizona and Brasier is about to earn one unless his hitters bail him out. The bullpen is never pitching to hold a lead only a tie or deficit.

The question isn't whether he forgot, it's whether he ever knew. Still very short on experience and baseball smarts. Most likely was brought up too soon and a quick bat carried him for awhile but now he isn't flashing that so much.
