    I have changed my thinking on Matt B. I think he has imbibed the magic elixir that has brought him back to the skill and confidence level of the first half of 2021. Nice going, you UCONN f***up. Once Matt makes one mistake, the rest of his life is nothing but sewage backups.

    Nice effort by Raffy to walk towards first to allow the DP. He might not have beat the retrun throw but maybe he could have tried. As Fred Lynn says, this team is unwatchable. Oh. but Duran's HR into the befuddled Matt Barnes glove in the BP makes me a fan again. Go Sox.

    Correction, Hosmer also can't recognize the spin. Seeing the arm angle and spin on a curve ball is an essential skill. Try taking a few pitches until you see it.

    Even the walkoff given up by Whitlock yesterday was to a rookie hitting .180. He was a MiLB terror but should not have been the guy to beat them. It is going 5to be a long set of dog days in August and September with this group.
