  1. Bad hitters should let the ball hit them unless it's head high.
  2. It could be worse. The SOX could have drafted Duran Duran, but it wouldn't have been that much worse.
  3. Trading JD will be difficult, but trading JD with more issues of back spasms will make it even more difficult. What's surprising to me is I'd never heard of robots having back problems.
  4. I guess he doesn't like to be stared at as helpless SOX batters walk back to the dugout. Just another talented A-hole playing MLB.
  5. In Cora's mind hitting a HR requires a benching.
  6. Yolmer isn't a prospect; he played 6 years with the White Sox before coming to Boston.
  7. I guess he's not a Cora favorite like JBJ. Bloom should do Ref a favor by trading him.
  8. As I've posted before, I still think Kutter has the best stuff of any SOX starter.
  9. But they already had the irreplaceable JBJ.
  10. The SOX should have sprung at Springer.
  11. Nope, it's an example of an unproductive SS looking to make 25-30mil/yr.
  12. You know the line-up's weak when the opposing manager tells his pitcher "don't let Bogey beat ya."
  13. He's actually hit more HR's than Bogey with over 100 less at bats.
  14. Bobby Dee hammers a hanger. Bout time.
  15. One thing in the SOX favor is the Jays should be tired from all their base running last night.
  16. Seriously, hitting a baseball, as we all know, is one of the most difficult things in sports. So I give Duran a pass on that for now. But there is no excuse at this point that his defense should be so shoddy.
  17. Yup, I'm sure once Duran begins hitting like Ted Williams all will be forgiven.
  18. I didn't mention any pitcher. That was Larry Cook.
  19. And to add to the frustration of faux genius Cora's managing is that not only is Ref a better hitter than Duran, he's better defensively.
  20. So Duran is rewarded for his lack of hustle last night by starting today and Ref is rewarded for his HR last night by being benched today. Way to manage, Cora.
  21. Thank goodness the SOX have Downs to replace him.
  22. Getting anything decent is better than getting nothing.
  23. I get your point seeing as how Soto is 7 years younger than Judge.
  24. Which of the two 'geniuses' finally did get vaxed? Houck or Duran? I don't remember.
