  1. When you're hot, you're hot. Is Strahm going to close? He'd be my pick.
  2. If I'm not mistaken, there was a SOX season where Boggs never made an infield fair ball pop-up out.
  3. I'd define that as a damn fine bounce back performance.
  4. Whose idea was it to make it 90 feet between bases? It's so perfect. Damn you, Doubleday.
  5. Nice play by Kike. He made that look easy. Defensively, CF and RF are about as good as a team could get.
  6. I'm really impressed with this 25 year old pitcher. He defines what the term 'pitcher' means.
  7. If things don't change drastically for Bobby offensively very soon, I agree with you 100%.
  8. So far, today's ump hasn't been a chUMP. He's been robo-like.
  9. If Casas is brought up in early June, who do you send down? Dalbec or Franchy?
  10. Does France ever hit the ball soft? Damn good hitter.
  11. Tough break for Franchy. Baseball can be a cruel game.
  12. There was some serious 'pop' on that one.
  13. I remember the game where Will on his 4th at bat was about 15 feet away from hitting four dingers in a game. I believe it was in Toronto.
  14. Plan B appears to be having their 'ACE' pitcher on the mound. That's a good plan.
  15. Pops Devers JD Bogey Story Cordero Dalbec JBJ Plawecki
  16. I expect EO to bounce back from his Tuesday massacre.
  17. The M's strategy of grabbing an early, slightly large lead hasn't worked. It'll be interesting to see what their plan B looks like.
  18. The SOX offense have saved a couple of starters from getting well-deserved losses, but the EO start was just asking too much.
  19. Well, at least the SOX are putting some room between themselves and the O's.
  20. I kind of predicted this a few weeks ago. I posted that I wouldn't be surprised if when the SOX offense started rolling, the starting pitching would get worse. The BP in the last 10.2 innings has given up one run and that one run was the result of the DUGO/BOGEY collision. Btw, the Pivetta complete game had a lot to with the BP's success.
  21. No fun when the opposition's best hitter is up with 2 outs against the SOX worst reliever. It was the best against the worst, and, lo and behold, the worst won.
  22. Kike and JBJ throw some leather.
