  1. Agree he has always had success being overweight, I do expect a league average season.. The biggest worry though is his fielding as he gets older it will become worse.
  2. He seems to handle the pressure fine. 1st postseason at bat he hit a homerun.
  3. Yes the DL is now 10 days.
  4. Very high on him after 2013, hopefully he can live up,to the potential he showed us.
  5. That's great if we can't agree on Baseball it's much more important to agree on Humanity.
  6. Very good you are right.
  7. Some good news out of sox camp today, successful bullpen sessions for Wright, Pomerantz and Workman, and no problems with Swiharts throwing.
  8. I'm glad they are bullish on the sox, but again it's just projections, it's not the end all be all.
  9. Agree with your statement 100%, to help people in need is what makes us a great country, when we ignore the needs of people it causes a lot of strife.
  10. Yes his projections annoy the crap out of me.
  11. I meant to say bring your glasses so you can read the projections, while you are at the game.
  12. Don't forget to bring your glasses.
  13. He's all about projections, not really sure if he ever has seen a ballgame
  14. The need in left field was definitely behind the move, and the starters struggling along with Vasquez looking ready helped move it along.
  15. Not a big fan of Fraziers 225 average and high strikeout rate, to me he is Mark Reynolds of a few years ago.
  16. Still think we have the need , still a 4 man bench.
  17. Would not give up on him at all way to early to call him a catching bust. Last year at this time Gary Sanchez was not highly regarded as a catching prospect. They take awhile to develop.
  18. I feel the value of playing multiple positions is extremely valuable to a team, but with that being said Marco Hernandez might develop that ability with a better bat.
  19. They gave him about 1 week last year and sent him out to Pawtucket, probably an overreaction move because of the starters having rough starts. They also had a major need in LF and probably knew Swihart could adapt quickly, with the bat to be an asset at the position.
  20. I have to imagine Rutledge gets the majority of at bats against lefties. Pablo has worked this offseason on hitting right handed but his improvement needs to be massive for him just to be average.
  21. Best to use Holt a few times a week that's when he's most productive, always seems to wear down.
  22. Of course his value is higher behind the plate, but still think he's a good hedge against Pablo.
  23. Very sad you have to keep coming on this board to post projections, and try to dampen opposing teams fans enthusiasm.
  24. Again my guess is you have never seen him play. Very sweet swing with a line drive bat. You do realize projections are often wrong.
  25. I would work him out at third athletic enough, helps hedge the bet on Pablo.
