You're completely misinterpreting my comment. I went back and read what I wrote and you know what? I blame myself, I worded it wrong and would like to reiterate and clarify if that's ok.
A guy can get traded at any time. When he's in the shower, at home, asleep, eating lunch, taking batting practice etc etc etc. During this time of year when we see trades happen during a game we usually see the guy get up in the clubhouse and hug everyone....its why we call it "hug watch".
I don't think it's reasonable for a G.M. to have his eyes glued to where every single player is at every moment while they're working the phones with other G.M.s Bloom likely had no idea Vaz was about to be interviewed, IDK maybe he did, maybe he intended to inform him and someone was on their way down to talk to him but it was too late. It was unfortunate, but that's the business of baseball. Trades happen when they happen. I don't think the Sox did anything malicous.
