Summation: Tall right-hander has a four-pitch mix, solid pitcher’s frame and clean mechanics. Could move quickly in a bullpen role, but will be stretched out and developed as a starter. Lacks a true plus offering, but could have several average-to-better offerings. Strong command profile and pitchability. Ceiling of a back-end starter who relies on mixing pitches and being around the zone because of lack of true out pitch.
