Again, it's not a feud. Eck is doing what he is paid to do: make amusing, interesting comments. (He doesn't have to clear what he says with players). Price is paid to pitch, not to abuse journalists or pick fights with them. I don't know about the dead dog story--was that a joke? If true, then he needs to do what Eck has done many many times in his career--own up to mistakes. E.g., "I've been going through a rough time, and I wish to apologize to Mr. Eckersley and to Boston fans for my idiotic outburst of last week."
