Bailey's loss was really the only significant injury to a pitcher we have had all year. The pitching is, essentially, the staff we had hoped to field-with a few stints on the DL. They never expected DiceK back until mid June anyway, and Lackey was known to be out all year too. I don't think we have had a more serious problem with injuries to pitchers than other clubs. Hell, the Yankees lost Pineda AND Mariano.
