And five games below .500 with a 31.7% chance of even getting into the playoffs per fangraphs. I still think we are sellers despite this flash in the pan. The worst possible outcome would be that they hedge again and are neither sellers nor buyers. That cannot happen.

I didn't like the way it looked. Contreras had to be really hurting to come out of the game. I am surprised they didn't send him down for an Xray, if Xrays are available in the facility. Or at least have him take off his shoe to look at the injury.....I don't have a lot of faith in the FLOPS medical staff.

Yup .The pitching has been great...fun to watch, along with the defense. Its a refreshing change from years past when we had awful defense and mediocre pitching. But at the end of the day you also have to score runs to win and we aren't capable of doing that with the roster we now have. BresLOW failed to fortify the lineup this past winter. Had Henry opened up his purse strings and BresLOW done the right things we could have been contending for a ring instead of being on the outside as usual.

Yeah, but they aren't playing-and who knows when they will be back. Gotta deal with who IS playing and right now we are 28th of the 30 teams in runs scored. That won't cut it.

Depends on how tight the shoe is. If there’s too much swelling inside the shoe it could occlude the arterial circulation. That has to be avoided.

According to Fangraphs they have just a 23% chance of making the playoffs at all and I don’t see them making it far if they do. Last year I was satisfied with just getting in. Now I want to see a team that can make a deep run in October. That isn’t this team so it’s best to plan for a couple of years from now

Couple of reasons: first, a 23 % chance isn’t good enough. Second, even if they manage to get in I’m not interested in another one and out. Third, I don’t want them to play it halfway like they have the past few years. Do or do not…..Yoda -a good friend of mine btw.
