  1. Screw Lester. Another egg. He has truly sucked this year. Cannot be trusted at all.
  2. Lester needs to stop whining out there and get focused.
  3. That would be fine. Or have them just move up a couple of spots
  4. Lester is losing it. Runs are about to score. We will be playing from behind again.
  5. At the very least he and Gonzalez should be dropped to 8-9 in the lineup.
  6. Pedroia is painful to watch
  7. You hardly ever see Nava have bad ABs. Very patient up there.
  8. At least two of the hits he gave up were on balls outside the strike zone. Hard to prevent that.
  9. Too many pitches for Lester. He will be lucky to get through six.
  10. Seems to have put got the clubhouse toxicity not entirely correct. And the fact that the Sox intend to trade Youkilis for the best offer...is that really news?
  11. Pettite getting his ass kicked by the Mets. Good to see.
  12. We will score runs off this guy. He stinks. The question is, will Lester pitch well or lay another egg.
  13. Mighty Mouth and Gonzalez should be batting 8-9
  14. Lets get the ball out of the IF this time
  15. Over the long haul, almost certainly Crawford is better. Nava is hot, but Crawford, despite last year's abortion, is a solid OF (overpaid) who is likely to get close to his career norms for us. Great if Nava can keep this up, but I don't see that happening.
  16. We are coming for you Jacko...you and the Yankees. Soon we will catch up. Time for the Yankees to be looking over their shoulders.
  17. In preparation for the game and in the hope to maximize the chances of getting the game in tonite, the players have been asked to bring their bathing suits, swimfins, and snorkels to the park
  18. Pessimists can declare the project as lost and Bard washed up as a pitcher. Optimists can hope he regains the arm slot that allowed him to be one of the best setup men in baseball. I don't think it takes "an optimist" to hope that Bard regains his arm slot and his effectiveness as a dominant RP for the team. All that takes is to be a Red Sox fan.
  19. I think it would have been even better news if THE TEAM (ie the FO) told him that he is now a reliever. Its absurd that Bard is still calling the shots. Meanwhile, obviously, I wish him the best of luck in regaining his form.
