    If Cora had any cajones he would sit Bradley down to embarrass him right now. Not hustling to back up that play cost his team a run. Bradley knows that Martinez sucks in RF. Instead of backing up the play he was watching it unfold. Inexcusable. Sit him down.

    Call it lack of focus then. Its a mistake. He has to do better.

    Bogaerts has got to make a better throw than that...mental error. Again.

    I think what he was expressing is the consistent horrible performance by our pitchers (nearly all of them) and using this as an example. Your team gives you the lead and you immediately surrender it. Its the reason this team is very unlikely to make the playoffs this year. You cannot win with the kind of pitching staff we have.

    By the way, our RPs have pitched only 14 more innings than the Yankees-and 73 fewer innings than the Rays. We rank fifth in RP innings pitched. Its not a case of being overworked so much as a case of just stinking.

    Well that didn't last long. This pitching staff really really sucks.

    The offense has never been the problem.

    They are all ahead of us, and they are all better than us. We are not going anywhere with the kind of pitching this team has. Losing to teams like the Jays is just inexcusable, if it happens. Same with Baltimore. And we haven't proven we can beat any decent team out there.
