    I had game day up for a bit while Dalbec was up. Everything was blue (ie he can’t hit a pitch thrown there) except middle inner half of the zone. He really is just as useless with a bat as JBJ was.

    Not sure what a good k rate is but for his career Dalbec has struck out 37% of the time. Surprisingly he is only at -.4 WAR for his career. Maybe he should try out for Pony league again.

    Why on earth is Dalbec still on this team?

    Just checked: for the past five years since 2018 we haven’t finished above third place. We have finished last 3 of the past five years and likely will finish last again. I am not looking for annual championships-but at least putting a competitive team on the field seems like a reasonable expectation for a so called big market franchise.

    Well that didn’t take long. We are ahead by a run but losing the game. Year after year this team has sucked. It’s getting old.

    The main difference is that the yankee ownership actually cares about winning. Obviously ours doesn’t.
