I don't know how you can make that leap based on the Norris trade. They may not have a deep farm system, but their best players are under control for at least the next two years, they have two elite pitching prospects in Gausman and Bundy, and they have virtually no long term financial commitments. They'll be able to keep their core intact, and have the financial flexibility to add players around them. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the $110-$120 million range with the new TV deals and increased attendance at Camden Yards. They are in good shape.
