    I loved the Ortiz breaking the bat over his head bit yesterday. We figured after playing it several times, it was cracked big time and he knew it so the head butt just made it look good. With moves like that, he could join the wrestling entertainment world when he retires from baseball

    Just a passing note since you mentioned Remy's replacement. He has been out for several days now and when I googled him, several stories came up for early May several years ago when he had cancer. I thought it was odd that he went out on just about the same day then as he has this year. There have been several things mentioned including a sinus infection. Supposedly Remy tweeted that it has gone into pneumonia. The TALK page of the Gliobe had a bit about his previous illnesses and mentioned that neither NESN nor Orsillo have returned their calls. Offer up a prayer to whomever you believe in that he doesn't have the dreaded C again.

    I would think that any organization hires a player so that they can use his skills for the team rather than against said team.

    I made a comment about that topic a while back. They got CC because the FO hated seeing him make fools of the Sox by getting so many steals per game. ...so was their concern better with us than against us? They already had just gotten a big hitter with AGON. Jh said he did disagree with the CC hiring. Somethimes things backfire when you do them for the wrong reason.

    They were rolling the Olney information across the bottom of ESPN2 last night during the game last night. He seems to be the only one talking this way.. Hopefully he is wrong.
