  1. Trading Bogaerts would make me sick.
  2. I'm the same. Guys like moon and notin have wheeler-dealer heads and hearts of stone. (Just having a little fun at their expense.)
  3. I'm afraid that $3 million option will look pretty nice to the Padres.
  4. "No need to keep Devers, he will be on a big boy contract by the time the sox are relevant again," Jacko says. (Even if he's right that we won't contend again until 2023 or 2024, Devers will still be in prime years.) His credibility as a baseball analyst flies out the window sometimes...
  5. Some of you guys (moon, notin, Larry Cook) would trade your next of kin and a pet dog to be named later, if it improved the Sox future outlook.
  6. Oh yeah, with our stacked pitching staff, that should be cake.
  7. Hell of a comeback by the Yanks today.
  8. We've got the reset.
  9. It's not gonna be like that. Have faith in Bloom, and Henry's money.
  10. Bogaerts is quietly on fire with the stick. What a pro in this disastrous season.
  11. Cash puts together competitive teams, that's for sure. But one World Series appearance since 2001 is not exactly a feather in his cap.
  12. Yes, I know what he's saying. And it's stupid.
  13. This does make you wonder if they're punting 2021, considering they could have had Moreland back next year for only $3 million.
  14. Potts was a first round pick.
  15. Rebuilding.
  16. In Bloom's defense: a) He got two arms back for Workman & Hembree. Maybe one or both of these prospects can be included in a deal for pitching.
  17. Moreland to Padres for 2 prospects, neither are pitchers.
  18. He gone! 2 prospects from Padres, neither are pitchers though.
  19. Baseball is a game of ups and downs, though. JDM has been one of the best hitters in baseball the last few years. He could rebound at any time.
  20. We won't know for a long time whether this deal was a good one for the Dodgers or not.
  21. They did that.
  22. I think he has loaded up on too many big-body guys who hit home runs or strike out and get injured a lot. I don't think letting Gregorius go was a great idea, either. Open season on Cash!
