  1. This. I can't handle back to back sweeps in the playoffs.
  2. Ya it's a good thing E-Rod brought his A game today. Offense hasn't produced a lot. But still early.
  3. He has a bruised left foot apparently. NOthing serious. Just needs rest.
  4. Jays just took the lead against the Yanks.
  5. See and I have been thinking about this too. But it's sometimes scary thinking like that off one bad year. He was so good last year that I would like to see him next year....... maybe. I really don't know. Lol. I guess it just depends what kind of performance he has in the playoffs. That is what matters to me right now. He has been better in the second half of the season. The first half was absolutely atrocious.
  6. You stole the words right out of my mouth haha
  7. E-Rod looks good so far.
  8. I thought 8 innings was unnecessary in my opinion. Wasn't it 6-0 after 5 innings? That's a pretty comfortable lead to give to our bullpen. But it is what it is. It's getting away from the original point that I'm still scared to see Porcello in the playoffs. I hope the man shuts me up and plays like a boss though.
  9. Early lead!
  10. Ya he has made some questionable decisions but we keep winning lately so I'm just going with it till playoffs lol.
  11. This is exactly what I was thinking. Keep Sale in for almost an entire game but yank Porcello out after 4. Makes no sense to me. Regardless Porcello was fine after the first inning but one or two awful innings can be the killer come playoffs.
  12. He got it together but was a really ugly start. Had we lost that game 4-3 it would have been all on his shoulders. Come playoff time against Houston or Cleveland we simply can't afford a 4 run inning from Porcello.
  13. Keeping this short and sweet. Where do we see Porcello in the future?? I tried to hold out hope for him as long as I could as I do think he has amazing potential and I really hope last year wasn't a fluke. But after last night I am about done with him. I honestly will s*** my pants in whatever game he starts in the playoffs. I have absolutely no trust in him what so ever. His 2nd last start I thought "finally a great start and maybe get some confidence in him" but then he plays like crap against a below average team. Regardless as frustrating as it is what is Porcellos future with us? Maybe if he shows up and has the game of his life in the playoffs he might earn back some respect but I just can't see it anymore.
  14. Get another win boys!
  15. Never thought I would hear myself say this especially at the beginning of the year. But Porcello makes me the most nervous on our rotation in a playoff game. Faaaaaaak. Dude is having such an off year can't afford his suckage come playoff time.
  16. Unfortunately me too
  17. I won't lie I was losing confidence after that first inning. Porcello. I'm not sure what to say or feel about him right now. He should be kissing the bullpen and offense right now. TOtally bailed him out.
  18. Jays came through.
  19. Price looked good again.
  20. Make this count.
  21. This. I thought the coaching staff was working with him on this
  22. Jays up 4 1 on the Stanks.
  23. Trouble with Porcello this year as soon as he gives up one or two runs gen gets rattled. Last year he would calm right down and limit the damage. This year when the tires are shaky he drives right off a f***ing cliff.
  24. Trying to hold out hope for him and his last start was very good. Dude just can't put a good run of games together to save his life. So frustrating
  25. Starting to gather that's . Offense better come to the rescue.
