    We do the Tomahawk Chop at my school, so I'm not going to be able to help myself on Wednesday and Thursday, when they play it nonstop. Just lettin' y'all know now.

    Mine was absolutely terrible for a while. That was part of the reason why I was banned all of last year. Yours will come around, you just need some seasoning.

    Nor do I. It is nice to know, however, that my mojo is responsible for 4 of our last 7 wins, in a stretch when we've gone 7-14.

    Jays got Donaldson in a trade for Lawrie. Wasn't much we could do there.

    I agree. I liked the signings of Hanley and Pablo in particular, but knew in the back of my mind that they may not fit the system, or the ballpark. I thought it would be okay if we were winning games, which hasn't happened.

    I know. I love my offense. In the last 2 weeks, I'm averaging 2.56 HR a day. Crazy. With the Cardinals rainout today, I get an extra start this week from Lackey. I'm in contention, so I'm going to do everything I can to bring you back down to Earth a bit.

    So, Venditte is on the DL with a sore right shoulder. Can't he just be a full time lefty until it gets better?

    I'm ready for round two with ya, a700. You're going to catch a lucky break, because Altuve is out until at least Tuesday, and my pitching staff has had a pretty bad week.

    I just wanted to gather everyone's opinion on this. As this week has gone on, I have slowly been led to the belief that Farrell is the biggest problem in the clubhouse right now. I love the guy, and he is responsible for the best year of my life as a Red Sox fan (since I don't remember much of '04, and the important parts of '07). At the same time, I have seen multiple people on these boards bash Cherington for years now, basically since he took over for Theo. Is he finally wearing out his welcome? Could it be the owners' faults? Another coach (Willis, Davis, Lovullo)? A particular player, especially a newer one? The only thing I'm certain of is that a change has to be made soon. Even me, the optimist, would like to see Farrell go, if that's what it takes.

    Despite the fact that he plays for an AL East, I must say that Donaldson has the best Twitter handle in the league. It's @BringerOfRain20. That's hard to beat.

    I'm not going to do it today, or for a while. I'm way too busy. I have exams this week, and then my brother's graduating on Thursday. All next week, I'm volunteering at the professional golf tournament in CT. Wedged in between those, like last night, are baseball games.

    It was. I was just so glad to be out there again. I was a little bit overzealous at the plate though.

    Nope. We lost 7-2. I had a throwing error playing third, which I haven't played in a while being an outfielder and all, that cost us 2 runs.

    VA Mojo!!!! I'm down with that. I won't be around for this one though. I've been waiting to play baseball for upwards of 6 months now, so I'll be taking full advantage of the opportunity. I have a 40 minute ride home though, so I'll tune into Joe C and Dave O.

    I agree. I watched Springer play a lot at UConn, and he is a stud. There is no pressure on them at all, which can really help. They have an explosive offense, a solid rotation, and a good closer in Gregerson, who blew only his second save over the weekend.
