    I think I'm more pumped up. When I left for my practice I had already prepared myself for the loss. When I got back, I could sense a comeback once Rusney went deep. I felt rejuvenated at that moment, but I don't think anyone was as pumped as Remy was after the Bogaerts double.

    So how's this for a story. I leave to go to baseball practice, my first one of the year, at long last, and it's 4-0 A's, and Buchholz was on his way out. I leave practice, get back into the car, and Castillo homers. Bang. Then the onslaught starts. Somewhat miraculous, I'd say.

    I just turned to the pregame show for a minute. Nothing beats a warm Sunday at Fenway. The place is buzzing today. Just a gorgeous day, almost as gorgeous as two weeks ago when I was there. The fans just have that look on their face. The sound that the ticket machine makes is one of my favorite ballpark sounds. I just have a really good feeling that this is going to be a good day.

    How about something other than a 4-2 win today? I'm thinking 14-2, if they even score 2.

    Indeed. The rotation really hasn't been the problem at all recently. It's that offense. It still baffles me how they can perform against guys like Sonny Gray, King Felix, and C.J. Wilson, but can't put anything together against a bunch of no names.

    We've already clinched a winning record on this homestand, the first time we've done that since the first homestand of the year, against the Nationals and Orioles. But, I want more, and I'm sure you do too. How about a sweep? We haven't done it all year. Imagine it. We can get a sweep today to acquire a 3 game win streak, the first in a while, and move back to 4 games under .500. But it gets better. We head down to Baltimore, and get ERod on the hill on Tuesday. There's a very realistic possibility that we could keep this thing going for a while. When I get out of school on June 17th (18th is the last day but I don't have a final to take), I expect this team to be at or above .500. Let's do it. So I beckon you to muster up all of the passion you have and release it all into this team for the next few days. We can keep it moving. Now we're rolling.     I could always name my first born Thunder, but I was planning to name him AJ or Adam Jr. Whoops, now y'all know my name.

    6 saves and 9 stolen bases in 1 week. I'm setting personal records here, but I'm locked in a close one, and I may lose.

    I'll take these two wins, even if they are by the same score, and even though we could have scored way more. Thunder mojo at is finest. Pure consistency, literally. Sox open up a lead in the 1st, A's get 1, Sox go up 4-1, then A's get a solo HR in the 7th.

    Good to see him hustling. Also good to see him hitting it hard to left. He seems like he hasn't been doing that well this season. He's hit into the shift an awful lot.
