Montreal won't beat Washington. And the Bruins Philly would be nothing like the Bruins playing Carolina last year. We were a 1 seed vs. a 6 seed last year. This year both teams were neck and neck till the end of the year and it would be a 6 vs. 7. I don't know how you drew that comparison
We get Philly get we got home ice, and despite the Bruins struggling this year at the Garden, we were 3-0 this series at home. But I can't root for Montreal, I just can't, but we have a real shot at making the ECF if we draw Philly in the 2nd round.
Because we have seen for the last three years he sucks swinging the stick and his defensive abilities slip when he plays every day. The reason he is hitting so well is because he has a limited role and he is getting a lot of rest. You play him more and he'll be exposed and will go back to sucking. This role is perfect for Varitek at this point in his career
When this team sucks in the middle of May are you gonna say oh its May, there is still plenty of time left. The games they are f***ing away right now count as much as they do in September
I read that the Red Sox score over 50% of their runs via the home run, thats only second the Cardinals who are around 60%. Problem with the Sox offense right now is that it lacks diversity. They can't seem to score runners enough when they are in scoring position and get lucky with the HR. This team isn't built around the HR ball, and more so around doubles, it gets me a bit worried what we are gonna do when guys aren't hitting the ball out of the park two or three times a game
Pierce with the dagger to end game 3 and the C's are up 3-0? Wow, could the C's actually have an easy playoff series during the Big Three Era for once? I'd have more confidence going into Cleveland if we swept the Bulls. Role guys like TA and Big Baby will have to continue to step up. Ray Ray needs to be on fire and Perk needs to physical down low
