    There are a lot of Lebron James ballwashers who are deluded into thinking he's some sort of MJ 2.0. He's a great player, he will go down as probably one of the top 10 players of all time if he keeps this up, but he had to join a super trio to get the job done, if he gets the job done. I can't really respect that. It doesn't take away from anything he's accomplished as a player, but even as a player, he hasn't even come close to being as overpowering as Jordan was in the 80s and 90s. Kobe has been better than Lebron, and Jordan was always the best in basketball from his rookie season until his last title.

    I don't like when 1B get moved to other positions, unless you consider DH a position. Most of them are big slow guys with valuable bats. Oh well.

    I've been keeping track, but I am quite ashamed to say I've watched one game, and it was in person. I was as torn as I could possibly be, but it was the 11-2 ass-whooping at Target Field. Bard's stats don't look god-awful, and that's really just fine. I will be totally satisfied if he finished the season with an ERA around 4.5, as crappy as that sounds, at least it's not Lackey-bad.

    Not exactly known for developing quarterbacks. Tebow has no chance. Broncos should have gone all out for a receiver, because theirs are pretty bad. That said, Manning can make anyone look sharp. Definitely a team that can win 12 games if Manning is 100%.

    Given how small this community is, I'd bet there are a couple of other common posters in all five scenarios. Dojji isn't a bad guy, he's just got an issue with being obsessive. He does it in baseball arguments, and he'll once in a while find someone to obsess over and antagonize them all over the forum. He used to obsess over Dipre until he got banned. He's obsessing over this Lin fella, he always obsesses over some long-shot minor leaguer like Dan Nava. Watch, you'll hear calls for Nava all year long, and any time Ross makes an error it'll be time to call up Lin. Its the way he is, I'll block him til he's ready to stop acting like a punk.

    No point discussing this with you, really. Not really any point discussing anything with you. You're really the only person aside from ibot who seems to take issue with me.     No, that's totally not the point. All parks being the same sounds boring as f***. There's no matchup strategy in that. I like seeing pitchers parks where a guy can pitch no-hitters, and hitters parks wgere you can see 10 homers or more. Who wants to see a bunch of relatively similar games being played? No more Coors effect, no more green monsters, just a bunch of similar looking stadiums that are temperature controlled in every sport. No more snow at Lambeau Field and Soldier Field. Where it doesn't apply is that the rim height change would f*** with a players mechanics when they shoot or dunk and would be generally undesireable result for fans as well, because it f***s with rhythm. A rational comparison is with the pitchers mound. Its an absolute must to have them all the same length, or it f***s with a hitters timing. You missed the point on this one, not me.

    You still do get personal, and I totally don't combust. I discuss the issues and it only gets to the next level when someone starts to call out my posting style or what not. Example from this thread is a perfect example of people getting upset because I disagreed with someone. He then proceeded to say I haven't changed. Thats a personal attack when I was clearly not trying to be argumentative. You just took the chance to insert your own opinion of my posting style. Thats attacking a poster, not a post, and you do it in like all of your posts. Thats personal.

    Well Dojji does it every day, and he gets off on it sort of like you, but the thing is that one of you is trying and the other seems to have a psychological issue, and must do it. I don't lose arguments, I finish them, and with particularly trollish subjects, I make them go off crying about how "i'm so antagonistic" LOL.
