I think this is one of the, forgive me for saying this, ignorant posts I've seen a while. I'm fairly certain Donovan McNabb is and was an elite QB, that is before and after Terrell Owens. Sure his best season came with Owens' best year in Philly, but that's not even close to a valid point. And lemme see, Garcia actually took over for McNabb, and performed wonderfully. He's never done anything like he did with TO, but that was when TO was at his best, and Garcia has been a solid QB over the past few years

Yeah, Calvin would be insanely good with a proper QB, the man's skills are just out of this world, what is he 6'5? 240 lbsish? And he runs like a 4.3 range

Hell yeah he is, I've never seen anything like it, he definitely has a case, he may, by the time he retires have a case on Rice too, we'll see. Calvin Johnson was supposed to be some freak, I haven't seen much of him at all yet, though

    TO

Moss was revolutionary, and Rice was damn amazing, considering he wasn't even that fast. The man was a freak though, god knows how he did what he did. But Moss' talent was something that the NFL couldn't get used to, no one knew how to stop him, they still don't

    TO

TO loses out in yards per catch, yards per game, and Moss only has 4 fewer TDs than Owens. Culpepper sucks without Moss, every QB on Oakland sucked with or without Moss, and Tom Brady is over the top with Moss. Their stats are all comparable, but in terms of yardage and TDs, TO only wins out because he's played more games
  9. Emmz

    TO

TO has four more TDs, Moss has played with terrible QBs and made them look good, hence the reason Culpepper was any good, hence the reason Tom Brady had his best season ever, and one the best QB seasons ever (Though we already knew Tom was one of the best in the league). Also, Moss happens to have more yards per reception, yards per game, etc etc etc. TO beats him barely, careerwise, in the categories he beats him in, and has played in more games. They are the two best receivers in football history, but Moss is better

Please tell me you're kidding me about me kidding you... http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MossRa00.htm http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/O/OwenTe00.htm Moss>TO in terms of talent. Sorry, the stats speak for themselves. Not to mention Moss has deadly speed, and he's the best at using the push-off technique

That's different though, we'd be s***** the next year anyways, because Favre would be gone, and no one would give him the ball, and he'd start another s*** storm. That's a totally different scenario. If there's nothing to lose, then go for it, but if you have long-term success in the works, then why would you even think of signing that guy? He's too much of a f*** up

    TO

Randy Moss gave up on his team, but has shapen up in New England, basically because Bill doesn't put up with any s***, he'd be gone if he quit on them like he did in Minnie and Oakland Also, Randy Moss has done some assoholic things too With that said, Randy Moss is probably the greatest talent the WR position has ever seen, but is known as a quitter. TO never quits, even when he's being a douchecock, which is alot of the time. So I'm on the fence as to who actually I'd rather have on my team, it also depends on the coach. I think that Parcells was a no-s*** coach, like Bill, but TO shat on him anyways. I think he's s*** on the Pats if he had a chance, it's just his nature. Being a quitter, though, is something that can be fixed with a good team that can win

    TO

I never once question his dedication, I even said it was top notch, but the fact is that he creates a lot of problems once he wants out, which is about once every 2 years

    TO

He does play hard, but his talent isn't at the level it used to be. Sorry. TO's being a jackass isn't worth the trade-off There's a lot of guys who put in top-notch effort, maybe not as talented, but there are more talented receivers out there as well Finally, almost all receivers, even at the high school level, are divas. My friends who played receiver were always divas who shot their mouths off and thought they were hot, but TO stands out amongst all of them, as the biggest ******* in the NFL. No one likes him
  15. I never read anything about the differences between them, and to be honest, people use the words interchangeably every day
  16. I do believe Dipre provided a link and a definition, which probably means he googled it himself before hand. I don't think you really attempted to help at all
  17. That wasn't a very condescending tactic/strategy at all that you just used
  18. Yeah, you're absolutely right, but the point made was that you have no lesser a chance to win the Cy Young if you dominate on a crappy team. Like I said, it may improve your chances. It's not anything like the MVP award, which makes sense
  19. Emmz

    TO

For starters, he's not even that great anymore, he's a good receiver don't get me wrong, but he's not that guy who can back up his trash-talking s***-starting ways. He's a polarizing presence as well, because there are players who will go along with him if he ever has a dispute with anyone on the team, which effects the team's play on-field Overall, I really don't think any teams should be taking the risk of having TO when he isn't half the player he used to be. But yet, they always do, TO always has a team to go to
  20. Canada is the tits eh
  21. I didn't mean it like that, I swear lol. Canada is awesome dude, I was jokin!
  22. Poor for a couple more weeks dude, sucks big time
  23. I love this post Otherwise, damn I hate not being able to watch games, uggghhhh, I just keep hearing it was some awesome stuff, dude, guess I need to be watching some highlights then
  24. Welcome to the forum, I'm kinda new myself
  25. Yeah, I was just under the impression that some people actually thought of him as a BETTER manager than Tony LaRussa, which he isn't yet. LaRussa is a fabulous manager, one of the best in the big leagues, and one of the best of the past couple of decades. But yeah, give Tito some time, if he were to win another World Series, it's possible, but he also would have to maintain success, which LaRussa has done over his career as a manager, which makes him one of the best in the past couple of decades in my book
