How can you even disagree though, that's pretty much open and shut right there. UN wasn't antagonizing (and yes, I think he is an antagonistic person, and a defensive person) the situation, Fred just pretty much opened fire for no reason, and tbh, he does that a lot. Maybe you don't mind people implying that you were gutless and that you ran away like a coward? :dunno:

Fred is constantly putting others down in his posts, regardless of whether or not the other person was acting aggressive. UN wasn't even responding to Fred, and then was more or less told that he's spineless. How is that talking about baseball? Fred would be a decent poster if he wasn't constantly going out of his way to disrespect anyone who he doesn't care for.

I haven't seen any really legit Dodgers teams, so I ain't too upset with their spending. I could see myself getting sick of them in a few years though.

They were already good, they just got way better. They will now be forced to pay Kershaw a lot of money when the time comes. f***, I remember when paying Gil Meche 11M a year was just obscene, but now guys are getting 24M, and they don't even have to be an ace.

It was a comment on your absurd point regarding speed. Either way, if you think they're going to pay a player 13M to platoon, you're crazy. He's going to be starting every day unless he's a bust. Are you saying their intent is to platoon him, or that they will end up platooning him? This was @ jung.

Sports fans are arseholes to each other because it's such a casual and open subject. Sports banter can get as intense as any political discussion, but people don't avoid talking about it the way they do politics. Jacko knows he's going to get s*** here, he's been getting s*** over here for almost a decade now. You almost have to hand it to the guy for hangin' in there for so long... Almost; it's much more entertaining to just give him endless s***.

The Yankees had a .488 OPS for the series, had to come from behind to force extras in game one, and held precisely zero leads. f***'s sake, they barely tied one of the games up. Your argument is an absolute house of cards.

The Tigers were in control for every game, get real. The Yankees got s*** on by the Tigers. No really, there was never a point in any game where I thought the Yankees might have a chance to win, because they looked pathetic offensively.
