They give a s*** in the sense that they hire the right people to make them money. That's why they hire people. To do the work for them, it's not a difficult concept. When I go to work, the owners don't even have a hand in the business, aside from dropping off checks and the occasional drop-ins, unless business is effected.
Lucchino has gotten his way with everything basically, and I see no evidence suggesting JH is the one most in charge. Maybe in terms of actual authority, but he doesn't make the decisions, he hires people to do that for him.
