  1. I hope so. But I fear that the whole '93 Ped list thing may sour opinions of him. Even though there is no evidence that he ever used.
  2. I don't know his details but when you file Chapter 7 you can take one Homestead Exemption, I believe. In any case, he did try to sell the Medfield house. I don't know if he sold it or not.
  3. This. Other than him being rude and abrasive to Tommy Archer last post-season, Schill was an excellent analyst and commentator. Now we are stuck listening to Boone and an expert on women's college softball.
  4. You may not know this but Jacko is a medical Doctor and former college pitcher. So while he may not have reviewed the advanced images of the knee, he does have plenty of experience in these matters.
  5. The town is Medfield. He put that place up for sale quite a while ago.
  6. Definitely a bummer from our perspective. But this team has been playing almost every day for weeks, it seems. They can use a blow. And I do not refer to the hotel call girls. Although that would be okay with me. The crunch will resume Wednesday when they play a day- night gig. At least they come home afterwards.
  7. I remember him being a real gamer from the late '60s. Kaline was my favorite Tiger. But this guy was always doing something to win.
  8. I have little confidence in Kelly. However I can see him getting the nod before E-Rod because of the nature of E-Rod's injury and the limited spring training that he had. I have said this before but since there are so many new members here now I will say it again. I am not counting on big things from E-Rod this season. His injury is much more significant than many realize and will take months of rehab to strengthen the quads. All the while he is losing time by not throwing full-tilt in games. I think that this could be a lost year for E-Rod. Seems at least as likely as seeing him be a force at the front of the rotation.
  9. Crisp was supposed to be decent with his fists because his Father was a pro boxer or something.
  10. I fell the same as you.
  11. So who would you have started in his place?
  12. Right now that seems to be the case but we all know that will change over 162 game season. We need solid starting pitching to make it to the playoffs and then it's all a crap shoot.
  13. No one expected lights out from O'Sullivan. He looked like who he is. A guy on the fringe of MLB ball. Evey team needs guys like him over a 162 game season. It's called organizational depth. Great pitching doe not grow on trees.
  14. But were these exclusively Farrell's decisions? Is it possible that DD and others had major input?
  15. That was so great that I won't even bitch about the No Brainer.
  16. Farrell will invoke the 7 run rule. Just wait!
  17. My guess is that they continue to expect that Clay will learn how to pitch. He is just a waste of time. He sucks donkey dicks and almost always has done so.
  18. Yes. from what I have seen.
  19. Kimmi has demonstrated that disruptive base runners are of almost no consequence. You missed that class, obviously.
